FAQs about our Social Media Ads Service

No. That's what we're here for. You bring the business knowledge (your customers, your goals, your offers), and we handle the platform, targeting, and optimization. During onboarding, we'll walk you through exactly what we're doing and why, in plain language. No jargon required on your end.
Boosting a post is the quick, in-app button Facebook/Instagram offer. It's limited and rarely efficient with your budget. We build campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, which gives us real targeting control, testing capability, and performance data. Think of boosting as a paper airplane and what we build as an actual flight plan.
It depends on your industry and goals, but we typically recommend starting with a test budget you're comfortable committing to for 2 to 4 weeks, so the algorithm has enough data to optimize properly. We'll give you a specific recommendation based on your business during our strategy call. We won't just guess or upsell you into overspending.
Ads typically need 3 to 7 days (and a minimum volume of activity) to exit what's called the "learning phase." This is when Meta's system is still figuring out who responds best to your ad. Expect early data to look a little rough; the real signal comes after that initial stabilization period. We'll flag this in your reporting so you're not alarmed by early numbers.
Yes, we'll need admin access to your Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager account (we'll send simple instructions for granting this securely). You retain full ownership of your account, page, and data at all times; we're operating within it, not taking it over.
We provide regular reporting (frequency depends on your package) that translates ad data into business terms: cost per lead, cost per sale, return on ad spend, not just vanity metrics like likes and reach. We'll also flag what we're testing next and why.
Both work. Some clients want to be closely involved in messaging and creative direction; others prefer to hand it off entirely. We'll figure out the right level of collaboration during onboarding. There's no wrong answer.
We treat the first few weeks as a testing phase, not a final verdict. Part of our job is adjusting audiences, creative, and budget based on real data. We'll communicate proactively if something needs to change rather than letting a campaign run on autopilot.
No, paid ads don't depend on your existing follower count. Meta shows your ad to targeted people regardless of whether they already follow your page. A following helps with organic trust, but it's a separate lever from paid advertising.
Awareness ads get your business in front of new people; sales/conversion ads are built to drive a specific action like a purchase or booking. Most new clients want to jump straight to sales ads, but if your brand isn't well known yet, we may recommend a mix. We'll explain our reasoning for whichever mix we set up.
We recommend a minimum 3 month engagement, since ad accounts genuinely need that runway to gather enough data to optimize properly and show reliable results.
